My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were nicely decorated and perfect for a city break, but unfortunately, we faced issues with them not working despite addressing it with the staff. On the bright side, the rooms were clean and excellently organized. The service was quite responsive and efficient, although the handling of one incident was somewhat nonchalant. The location was great for exploring Paris's main attractions, but the dining experience was not exceptional. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with a few hiccups.
