My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were nicely decorated and perfect for a city break, but unfortunately, we faced issues with them not working despite addressing it with the staff. On the bright side, the rooms were clean and excellently organized. The service was quite responsive and efficient, although the handling of one incident was somewhat nonchalant. The location was great for exploring Paris's main attractions, but the dining experience was not exceptional. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with a few hiccups.

I was thrilled with my stay at this hotel! The rooms were exactly as expected from the pictures, nicely decorated, but sometimes a bit too warm or cool leading to Wi-Fi issues. The service was top-notch with friendly and efficient staff, though one team member missed saying goodbye. The location was AMAZING, within walking distance of iconic landmarks and convenient to the Metro. The dining wasn't the best but had excellent coffee.
